External for OsloMet employees
OsloMet's occupational health service (BHT) Avonova.
During the covid-19 pandemic, employees who experience special challenges (anxiety, depression, addiction problems, etc.), both work-related and private matters, can contact the occupational health service directly for up to three support consultations with qualified health personnel. The service is ordered by sending an e-mail directly to: kundesenter@avonova.no
SiO, The welfare organisation for students and PhDs in Oslo
PhD candidates / PhD candidates at OsloMet can also contact SiO.
OsloMet has signed an agreement covering PhD candidates at OsloMet, which involves mental health consultations with counselors/therapists. The consultations are offered at SiO Health's clinics in Holbergs gate and on Blindern in Oslo, and are covered by OsloMet. The PhD candidate can choose clinic based on availability offered during daytime or evening, as well as digital consultations. The offer is limited to 10 consultations plus an admission consultation.
