No funding for Autumn semester 2025
Unfortunately, there is no available funding for Erasmus+ employee mobility Autumn 2025. Information about the possibilities for mobility funding in 2026 will be posted on this website no later than the start of the Autumn semester 2025.
What can you apply for?
There are two types of mobility grants: a grant for teaching purposes and one for training purposes. The grants are intended to build competence that supports the main priorities of the Erasmus+ programme and your current or future tasks at OsloMet. They should also contribute to strengthening international cooperation at OsloMet.
The main priorities of the Erasmus+ programme are:
- Inclusion and diversity
- Sustainability and green profile Digitization.
Who can apply?
To apply, you must have an active employment relationship with OsloMet (permanent or temporary). You cannot apply if you have retired or are employed under pensioner conditions.
How do you apply?
You apply for a staff mobility grant in an online form, one for each type of grant. The forms open three weeks before the application deadlines and are linked to the information pages for the two types of grants: teaching grant and training grant. There you will also find more information about the criteria.
Application deadlines
Unfortunately there is no funding for additional staff exchange in 2025. Updated information about deadlines for 2026 will be posted here by the start of the Autumn 2025 semester..
Processing of the application
The Erasmus+ team at the Section for Career Services, Internationalisation, and Student Services processes the applications and you can expect to receive a response within 4 weeks after the application deadline has expired.
Please note that there are limited funds, and the following will be prioritised when processing the applications:
- Maximum one application per applicant
- Applications for stays no longer than a maximum of 14 days
- applications from employees who have not previously participated in the Erasmus+ staff exchange
- Applications from PhD candidates
- Applications from employees who will use the scholarship to learn more about:
- pedagogical use of digital tools in teaching
- administrative systems and tools
- mixed mobility (combination of physical and digital mobility)
- sustainability and green transition
The criteria and priorities are developed in accordance with criteria within the Erasmus+ programme, the National Strategy for the use of the Erasmus+ programme, OsloMet strategy (oslomet.no) with underlying strategies, and Erasmus Policy Statement (oslomet.no).
How much is the grant?
The calculation of the grant, for teaching- or training purposes, is divided into two parts: travel grant and subsistence grant. The travel grant depends on how far you travel, and the subsistence grant depends on where you will be, but the rates are the same for both training and teaching grants.
If you travel sustainably, you may receive additional subsistence grant for any extra travel time, up to 4 extra days round trip, and you receive a higher travel grant. Read more about rates for Erasmus+ staff mobility grants and green travel.
