New temporary agreement on media monitoring
OsloMet has entered into a temporary agreement on media monitoring with Retriever after Infomedia went bankrupt.
The media monitoring service from Retriever gives us an overview of how OsloMet is covered in the media. For example, when and in which media researchers and members of the university’s management comment on various topics.
OsloMet’s former provider of media monitoring and analysis, Infomedia, has gone bankrupt. We have therefore entered into a temporary agreement with Retriever until the end of January 2027. Well in advance of this, a tender process will be carried out to establish a new framework agreement.
Access, OsloMet searches and email alerts are being set up on an ongoing basis in Retriever’s solution, so that media monitoring will soon be fully operational for employees who use this service.
What should I do if I previously had email alerts from Infomedia?
If you received email alerts from Infomedia before the bankruptcy, you do not need to do anything to receive alerts from Retriever.
If you have questions or would like to make changes, please contact Retriever by email at supportnorge@retriever.no.
What should I do if I would like email alerts?
If you would like to receive email alerts about OsloMet’s coverage in the media, you can contact Retriever by email at supportnorge@retriever.no, and they will help you set this up.
