Erasmus+ staff mobility grant – no call for autumn 2026
Unfortunately, there will be no call for applications for the Erasmus+ staff mobility grant for autumn 2026 due to continued lack of funding and insufficient administrative resources.
The number of Erasmus+ students is increasing sharply, without a corresponding increase in the total grant funding that OsloMet receives from the European Commission.
Most other large universities and university colleges in both Norway and Europe are experiencing the same situation.
Securing students
Most of the funding allocated to OsloMet, as well as the administrative resources for managing the funds, is used for student grants in order to ensure that there is sufficient funding for students and that they receive it on time.
Consequently, there will be no call for applications for staff for autumn 2026.
The exception is staff who will be teaching on Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), where OsloMet is already a partner and where funding has already been approved.
