Remember that all business trips must begin with a travel application in the SAP portal or the DFØ app. The travel application must be approved by your manager in advance, and the booking must be made through the travel agency Berg-Hansen. When bookings are made via Berg-Hansen's systems, HR will have an overview of your location and can more easily assist you if needed.
