If systems go down during study start
See who to contact if you experience that a system goes down around the start of your studies.
Canvas, websites, reading lists and timetables, library systems, FS, Office 365 and OTRS: a lot can happen when thousands of students have to use the systems. It is critical that our systems work when new students are inflowing, and this year we are well prepared.

What do we do if a system is down?
A coordination group gathers the overview of incidents and problems, and decides on measures. In the event of major incidents, the system error will be communicated to all employees and students. In the event of incidents with a smaller scope, the units themselves are responsible for handling this.
These are considered major incidents:
-
Applies to many students
-
Critical information is inaccessible to students and staff (such as attendance time and place on the first day of study).
-
The systems are down for over an hour.
