New employee – first access card
Access cards must be ordered via “My Profile,” which is your user account at OsloMet.
- The access card is activated for use in buildings, zones, and rooms you are associated with.
- The PIN code (4 digits) is automatically assigned by the system in your user profile.
- If you wish to change the PIN code on your Access card, you can do so yourself via “My profile”.
- The Card Centre does not have access to your PIN code.
- Once you have ordered your Access card in “My Profile,” you can usually visit the Card Centre at Pilestredet 46 the same day to have your photo taken and receive your card. Remember to bring valid ID!
- If you want the card issued at Kjeller, you must schedule an appointment with the Service Desk there. Remember to bring valid ID!
- All Access cards work at both campuses regardless of where they were issued. Students and staff at Kjeller can also use the Card Centre at Pilestredet 46.
-
Photo on access cards
- Access Cards are only valid with a photo.
- The Card Centre takes photos on site. You may also send a photo to the Card Centre via email.
