The results of the local salary negotiations are ready
The local salary negotiations for 2025 have been concluded. This year, negotiations were held within three agreement areas: Unio and Akademikerne, LO Stat, and YS Stat.
In all three agreement areas, OsloMet chose to negotiate local general increases first.
Results of local general increases
- Unio and Akademikerne: a general increase of 2.5 per cent in annual salary growth has been granted.
- YS: a general increase of 1.45 per cent has been granted, in addition to the central increase of 1.05 per cent in annual salary growth.
- LO: an increase of NOK 2,000 has been granted, in addition to the central increase of NOK 6,600 and 1.5 per cent in annual salary growth.
Results of individual increases
At the end of October, individual increases were negotiated, which come in addition to the general increase.
A total of 638 individuals have received an individual increase. The protocols will be published and made available from Monday 17 November at all receptions at both campuses in Pilestredet and Kjeller. You may collect copies of the protocols you wish to review.
Those who have received an individual increase will receive a separate letter regarding this.
In the negotiations for Unio and Akademikerne, the following text was also agreed upon:
“The parties agree to conduct a review of the framework conditions for elected positions, including time use and financial compensation, with the aim of drafting a special agreement for selected positions by 1 May 2026.”
Salary payment
The central increases under the LO and YS agreements have already been paid.
The local general salary increases were paid with the November salary.
The individual salary increases will be paid with the December salary.
As the effective date for the negotiations is 1 May, all salary increases will be back-paid from this date.
