
Results of Local Wage Negotiations – LO and YS
The results from the local wage negotiations for the LO and YS agreement area are now clear.
The available funds for the settlement for LO and YS members are 2.9 percent of the salary mass in the agreement area.

The Central Increase Has Been Paid
The central increase, 0.75 percent of the annual salary as of May 1, 2024, has been paid and backdated in the February salary.

2.15 percent of the wage mass was allocated for local negotiations, and the local pool amounts to 9,420,173 NOK.
General Increase
In addition to the central increase, all employees in the LO and YS agreement area at OsloMet will receive a general increase of 9,000 NOK. For those earning 947,400 NOK per year or more, a 0.95 percent increase of the wage, calculated before the central increase, is given instead.
Employees who left between May 1 and December 31, 2024, and did not re-enter by the end of the year, are not included in the general increase.
Wage and/or Position Promotions
Wage and/or position promotions were given to a total of 146 individuals through negotiations on individual claims.
Effective Date
Wage adjustments are effective from May 1, 2024, and will be implemented and backdated with the April wage.
