
Enter contact information in the DFØ app
All employees are asked to enter their personal e-mail and personal mobile number in the DFØ app or in the Self-service portal by 2 October.

OsloMet may need to reach you as an employee through other channels than when you are logged in at work, particularly if you have problems logging into your work account or there is a need to restore an account.
For employees who started at OsloMet in 2023, personal contact information has already been entered in DFØ.
If you started before 2023, it is important that you enter your personal e-mail and personal mobile number either in the DFØ app or in the Self service portal under "User profile".
If you have a work mobile phone number, we also ask you to enter this in the DFØ app or in the Self-service portal.

Mobile number for employees
From week 40, the mobile number will again appear in the employee profile on oslomet.no.
Those who have previously reserved against having a mobile number in their profile will still be reserved when the field with mobile number appears again on the website.
New employees must actively choose to have their mobile number displayed. Read more about how you can make a reservation or show your mobile number.
