You are given one day off during Christmas week.

However, the working hours during Christmas week are reduced, and go from 10.00 am-3.45 pm. These days you cannot accumulate flexitime or overtime for hours logged between 8.00 am-10.00 am.
Employees with part-time positions under 5 hours and 45 minutes per day get no reduction in working hours but can still choose to start the working day at 10.00 am.
