Andreas Lillebråten
My name is Andreas and I work as a research fellow at the Labor Research Institute, and I am a PhD student at the Norwegian Business School at OsloMet.
Before I was a research fellow, I also worked as a scientific assistant here at OsloMet.
The most important thing for me throughout these years as a temporary employee has been to be treated as an equal colleague. This applies socially, in the form of being invited to everything that happens, but also that you are introduced to the organization as a whole. Who is your manager and who is responsible, who should you talk to about finances (travel bills etc.) etc. This seems to be something that many temporary employees at OsloMet lack, and something the OsloMet board should work on to fix. -
