Leading research projects: Advanced course

Over the last few years, the amount and size of research projects at OsloMet have increased. This development is central for the future of the university, and it is therefore essential that we further develop the project leadership skills among our project leaders. An increased size and number of projects will demand more from those who lead the projects. The experienced research project leader must e.g. facilitate shared ambitions and cooperation between the members of the project group and make strategic prioritizations within the project portfolio. Therefor OsloMet wants to offer this specific course to experienced project leaders who want to sharpen and develop even more.
