The working environment prize
The working environment prize may be awarded to individuals, faculties, departments, study programmes, sections, environments, groups or actors who:
- have excelled as a driving force with outstanding ability and willingness to implement measures to improve the working environment.
- initiate and implement measures that build bridges across the organisation, and who contribute to strengthening our sense of community
- actively contribute to a positive working environment characterised by inclusion and diversity.
The prize is awarded according to an individual assessment of what proposed candidates have done to improve the working environment at OsloMet.
The prize can be shared between two or more prize winners and has a value of up to NOK. 60 000,-. The prize also consists of a diploma that can be hung on the wall of the winner's workplace.
The prize is not meant to be a personal enrichment for the winner(s).
The recipient(s) decides which measures or purposes within OsloMet the prize should be used for.
The measure or purpose must be related to something that contributes in creating a good and inclusive working environment.
All employees may propose candidates for the working environment prize. Nominate your candidate in this form, before August 15.
The jury consists of rector, HR director, chief safety representative and programme coordinator for culture, welfare and diversity. The jury assesses the candidates according to the criteria above.
