Strengthened Student Ombud at OsloMet

Do you have questions about your rights as a student or research fellow at OsloMet? Need advice or assistance regarding, for example, complaints, cheating, suitability, or practical training? Students and research fellows can contact the student ombuds Rebekka and Martin.

OsloMet now has one student ombud in a 100% position, Rebekka, and one in a 50% position, Martin. The student ombuds offer a free, low-threshold service that is independent, informal, and neutral, and they are bound by confidentiality.

Advancing students' legal protection

The Student Parliament and the student representatives on the University Board succeeded in strengthening the student ombud arrangement at OsloMet in December 2024.
