Election of class representatives by September 1st
The start of studies and the election of new class representatives are approaching. As a subject or class leader, it is important that you ensure that a class representative and an alternate are elected in each class.
Why are class representatives important?
- Class representatives have a central role in OsloMet's quality system
- They sign the subject evaluation
- Class representatives are the point of contact between the class and subject teacher
- They raise issues from class level to department level
As a lecturer with course responsibility you must ensure that a class representative and a deputy are elected in each class by September 1st.
Please make sure that those who are elected register in our registration form and sign up for the class representative conference which will be held on Friday September 26th (student.oslomet.no).
The Student Parliament has prepared a presentation you can use when you hold elections in class. This has been sent out by e-mail. If you have not received it, contact studentparlamentet@oslomet.no.
