How to report claims when OsloMet's credit card agreements have been used for the payment of the trip.

Choose option that you have paid by credit card when you report a claim to AirPlus Corporate Card.

If the trip has been paid by OsloMet's travel account by invoice from Diner's Club you must choose insurance through employer. The contract number is then 7246652.

Other credit cards

If the trip has been paid for by other credit cards, for example VISA or Master Card, the insurance conditions set by the card in question apply, and you must contact your own card company.

In connection with cancellation due to illness, all insurance companies usually require a medical certificate to be attached.
