OsloMet Green Transitions Day 2026 is a university-wide meeting place for making green transition-related work at OsloMet more visible, connecting academic environments across the university, and exploring how OsloMet can strengthen its contributions to green transitions.
Across OsloMet, researchers, educators, students, professional communities and academic environments work with green transitions from a wide range of perspectives. This work addresses questions related to issues such as climate, energy, biodiversity, resource use, circular economy, materials, urban development, governance, communication, design, digitalisation, professional practice, technology development, education, environmental justice and societal change.
The day will combine contributions in different formats with opportunities to meet, learn from each other and reflect on how the OsloMet community and our partners can respond to the green transitions shaping our time.
To make the event accessible to a diverse and international OsloMet community, we have chosen English as the working language. The English event page will contain the most up-to-date programme and main information about the event.
