Target group
The primary target group for the course are employees at OsloMet with a first language other than Norwegian, basic language learners that already know some Norwegian. The course is a continuation of the A1 course. If places are available, partners may also be admitted.
About the course
The course focuses on basic Norwegian, orally and written. Knowledge about the Norwegian culture and society will also be emphasized. The teacher will give information about textbook used in the course.
Course dates
Classes will be taught on Mondays and Thursdays from 10.30 to 13.15, (3 lessons each time) The first course date is Monday, 26 October, 2026.
Learning outcomes
A2 is for those who has completed and passed the A1-level, or those who have accomplished this level elsewhere. The course corresponds to the Common European Framework of Reference of Languages descriptions of A2-level language competencies (coe.int).
