The Quiet Room
You will find the Quiet Room in the corridor behind the Akademika bookstore (see sign). This is a room where you can retreat whenever you need to.
Prayer Rooms
You will find the prayer rooms in the corridor behind the Akademika bookstore (see sign). The rooms are available for Muslim students who want to pray during the day. There are two prayer rooms, one for women and one for men. All visitors must take off their shoes before entering. Shoes can be placed outside the rooms. A washroom is available on the opposite side of the prayer rooms.
Pilestredet Campus
The Quiet Room
You will find the Quiet Room at Pilestredet 48 (1st floor), through the door to the right of Cafe Eva.
This is a room for contemplation and hope. The room is open to all students. At one end of the room, there is an altar cabinet that can be opened and closed, made by the artist Gunnar Torvund. At the other end, there is a decoration by Grete Refsum.

Prayer Rooms
There are prayer rooms in the following buildings:
- Pilestredet 35, 2nd floor. Follow the sign. There is a sink available in the room next door.
- Pilestredet 48, 3rd floor. Take the stairs or the elevator by the café.
- Prayer room in Pilestredet 52 is temporarily closed due to renovation.
The rooms are available for Muslim students who want to pray during the day. Both prayer rooms have shoe racks and carpets on the floors. All visitors must take off their shoes before entering.

Resting Room and Nursing Room
You will find the resting and nursing room at Pilestredet 52, room D122 on the 1st floor.
This is a room for breastfeeding/changing or a place to retreat. In the room, there is a bed, changing table, sink, pillows, and blankets.
Muslim Friday Prayer
The prayer takes place in the basement of Pilestredet 35 on Fridays.
