Things to remember when you return from your exchange period abroad.

  • Submit your transcript of records to OsloMet

    You are responsible for ensuring that the international coordinator receives the original transcript of records or confirmation of completed practical training. The transcript is used to grant final approval of your exchange period. 

    On successful completion of your exchange, your OsloMet diploma will state that you have studied abroad as part of your programme at OsloMet. However, only grades awarded by OsloMet will be included on your diploma and you must therefore always enclose a transcript of records from the exchange institution along with the diploma.

  • Last steps to secure the remainder of the Erasmus+ mobility grant

    If you have been on an Erasmus+ exchange, you will receive the remaining 30% of the mobility grant from OsloMet when you have completed the student mobility and submitted: 

    • the Confirmation of Stay to the international coordinator at your faculty. 

    • the Erasmus Participant Report that you will receive on e-mail.
