Welcome to the kick off for employees
On 31 August, it is once again time for the annual kick off party for all employees at OsloMet.
Rector Christen Krogh welcomes you to yet another social start of the semester at Rockefeller, 31 August at 4 p.m.
Atmosphere
With us at the party are alumni from OsloMet's study "The art of dragging" ("Kunsten å dragge”, oslomet.no, in Norwegian) who know how to get us in the party mood!
There will also be a mini-concert with artist and comedian Bjørn Tomren. With yodeling and throat singing as one of his musical specialties, he became popular in the NRK series "Stjernekamp" in 2021. Tomren brings with him musician, band colleague and partner, Åse Britt Reme Jakobsen.

Kickstart of the autumn semester
"This will be an evening to look forward to! We have a great tradition of kicking off the autumn semester socially, and coming together across units to celebrate the working environment, have fun and be inspired", says rector Christen Krogh.
Bring good colleagues with you for a social evening, where we also will honor lecturer of the year (student.oslomet.no) and give out the working environment award.
Put on your dancing shoes
We will continue the evening with our own DJ and danceable music. The party is over at 11 p.m.
