What is the purpose of the handbook?
The manager handbook (.pdf) (Norwegian ) is a guide to managers in connection with the restructuring measures that were implemented from December 1, 2017. Here the procedures to be followed in connection with limited employment and job stoppages are described.
The handbook indicates what is expected of HR managers and where you can find relevant information about processes, tools and support.
