Follow-up of the Working Environment Survey

This autumn, all units have made action plans with measures related to the working environment. Information is now collected about what has been seen as positive and important to continue with, and areas for improvement.

“The Working Environment Survey ARK that was carried out in the spring of 2022 is not just a survey, but part of important development work. The goal is to create a constructive dialogue to develop our work environment to become even better”, says Human Resources Director Geir Haugstveit.

As a follow-up to the Working Environment Survey, the units are now asked to report

  • how the Working Environment Survey has been carried out at the various units

  • what has been seen as positive and important to continue with, and areas for improvement

  • which measures the units have agreed to implement

A questionnaire has been sent to managers at the individual units, and must be answered by managers and safety delegates by the beginning of February.

"The feedback is important in our continuous work to create a good and inclusive working environment at OsloMet, and also documents the work that has been done", says Haugstveit.

Managers and safety delegates receive a copy of their own answer. Summaries are also made per faculty and for OsloMet as a whole.

"This way we can see if there are areas for improvement that we can work with across the units at OsloMet," says Haugstveit.
